Free To Be Me (F2BM) Program in Nigeria
The EEWG is a dedicated initiative under the Free To Be Me (F2BM) program, funded by HIVOS, aimed at promoting economic inclusion, financial independence, and sustainable livelihood opportunities for LGBTQI+ individuals in Nigeria. We empower marginalized communities by providing access to funding, skill-building programs, entrepreneurship development, and employment opportunities.
About us
The Economic Empowerment Working Group (EEWG) is a collective of organizations and activists committed to advancing the financial well-being and economic inclusion of LGBTQI+ individuals in Nigeria. Hosted by the Initiative for Gender Equality and Sexual Reproductive Health (IGE-SRH), the EEWG operates under the F2BM program to foster economic sustainability and empowerment.
